Hi guys
Are there ways you know to synthesize K2O
without resorting to extreme heat/peroxides/Na?

I guess it would mean you need to make metallic potassium.
1. Melt KOH and do electrolysis.
2. Check out Nurdrage's channel. There is a non electrolysis method. It requires KOH and also Mg and a couple of compounds.
Looks like someone tried it (AllChemystery)

For sodium, from NurdRage. This one requires reacting NaOH and Mg and it will generate high temperatures by itself.
