I understand that in peptide synthesis, there are "Acid Chloride method" and Anhydride Method . Can some one advice me on the method and if possible
send any publication on this.

Well, the acid chloride method is a 19th century one. And the anhydride method isn't much later.
I recommend you obtain Principles of Peptide Synthesis by M.Bodanszky, second edition preferably, published by Springer Verlag. This book is about 15
years old (and first edition a decade older) but it is still standard text at Oxbridge and elsewhere, very readable, and there is a companion lab
manual "Practice of Peptide Synthesis" by same author and from same publisher.
Peptide synthesis is an extremely broad and complex topic and can't be dealt with in a single article or review. To give you some idea, the tables of
contents of these books are many pages long.
