Developing a motion responsive camera

I'm trying to develop an outdoor camera to be used for trail cameras applications that sense tracks and records moving objects via video. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a polypropylene material that has insulative properties that can be molded into functional housing for my camera that would allow me to order less then a truckload of material for my prototype? I found a similar material here http://www.itwformex.com/resources/press-releases/id/3/gk-el... but they are looking to supply large quantities. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

polylactic acid.

aka PLA used in 3D printing, so you can design-in the insulation.

There's also 'NinjaFlex' (no idea what it really is) that is kinda rubbery yet 3D printable.
