How much of a vacuum can it pull?

I dont have a gauge but its pretty decent when it comes to vacuum filtration and it does make my marshmallows grow

If you want to 'measure' the vacuum created by your aspirator;
measure the temperature that water starts to boil at when exposed to the vacuum of your aspirator
look up the pressure for that boiling point.
also, you could measure the temperature of boiling water not under vacuum to determine your local atmospheric pressure
