Can't upload file

franklyn - 6-2-2007 at 19:18

I am unable to upload a 3 MB *.pdf file to the references forum. This is
preferable to using an off site file host , as the links eventually become inactive.

You should be able to attach files up to 5 MB. I'm not sure why it failed for you. Did you receive any sort of error message?

No error message just no attachment appears, also some
url 's , that do not end in high level domains or htn html
will not be parsed by the board.
See enclosed _

I 've had issues with sites which require specific settings
under security such as "allow meta refresh" to be enabled,
although it is now.

I also have not been able to attach a simple pdf, see

I tried IE and Firefox, on different machines, but to no avail....

The limit for me appears at ~1MB maybe a few hundreths over .....and beyond that requires file splitting . That's
been true anyway in the the other sections .
