Hi, someone have at hand the history of this joint ball joint size?
I only find, in a fast search, clamps but not any glass joint male (ball) or female (cup).
TIA,

What sort of information are you after? Original manufacture by who and when sort of information, or a particular manufacturer and a particular design
by them sort of thing?
Your question is a bit open ended?

where I can buy one male cup 40/41.
many sellers have 40/25, but I think is not a new denomination, right?
perhaps this is from Germany, old DDR, not used by any other country? and now a discontinued product?

Cup is the female part, ball is the male; 40/41 sounds like an inch range ball joint which is made to DIN 12244 and ISO 641 standards. Where the ball
has a ground diameter
of 37.8mm and a spherical diameter of 38.1mm. It's still called a S40 fitting.
The next size up is a S41, the ball has a ground diameter of 40.95mm and the spherical diameter is 41.275mm.
My supplier is German manufactured.
