Dicyandiamide
How to test purity of Dicyandiamide sample?
Using simple chemistry.
I have brought a sample from market and seller doesn't know the purity. Can some guide to the procedure to find out the purity.
Thanking

"Titrations in Nonaqueous Solvents" (Hubber) (http://bit.ly/2kV29LZ )suggests that dicyanodiamide can be potentiometrically titrated against tetrabutylammonium hydroxide in pyridine.
I'm not sure how useful this will be to you (probably doesn't count as simple chemistry), but it's a start. See p163 of the the above link.
