He wanted to say HCOOH + H<sub>2</sub>O... the most important thing is that we can understand 
altough, I don't think that ppl should't take care about writing correctly.
HCOOH + H<sub>2</sub>O --> HCOO- + H<sub>3</sub>O+
(This is disociation... I'm not sure how u say it in English)
