Photo-induced phase changing for Pararealgar crystallization

I have been waiting to do this ever since I got my hands on some realgar. I have crushed all the crystals and I am looking to have some fun with recrystallization. I found a paper saying that for their experiment they used carbon disulfide to dissolve pararealgar which is anothet crystalline form of realgar, As4S4. I have acquired the solvent but my realgar doesn't dissolve in and I believe that's because it's not pararealgar. I have heard that putting it under light will convert it to pararealgar. I wanted to know how this is done. Such as whether or not normal sun light will be enough. How long to live it out, and whether it needs to be mixed and re crushed once in a while... Etc

I attached the paper that I have found.
