Conductive glasses like FTO glasses are too expensive for me so I wanna ask if there's a cheap way of making a conductive glass? Thanks!

If it will help you, normal glass is conductive in higher temperatures (like in the fire of candle).

If one is willing to spend the time in preparation, this is a fairly straightforward and easy process, and it doesn't require finding highly
specialized materials. Basically, a local pottery store supplies the EPK clay and insulative firebricks; and bits of indium, tin, and sodalime
microscope slides can be found on eBay or elsewhere.
I also outlined how to build the kiln here:

AZO films are probably cheaper than the Indium based ones and should be preparable in a similar fashion.
