Careful, I think you misread that. The author is selling the cryogenic thermometer for $150, not the whole cryogenic apparatus. It looks like a
pretty serious compressor is needed for that, which would cost several grand itself, not to mention the rest of the apparatus which needs to withstand
high pressure as well. I've seen this website before as well, but have ultimately decided that for the small quantities of liquid nitrogen I would
need, it is much more cost effective to simply buy it from a local distributor as needed.

Looks like careysub removed his post.
Here is the video that accompanies the now-removed link. It is a clever piece of work and well executed. But it is definitely not the simple
cheap weekend project that I was hoping for when I was looking at it.
I live the idea of making my own liquified gases but I can't see it happening any time soon.
