How to use ampoules with a closed sphere?

I purchased a box of ampoules from eBay, but when I received them, they appear to have closed spheres at the neck of the ampoule instead of an open funnel-like end.

The picture shows one such an ampoule:

How should I put a chemical in the ampoule and seal it? Is there is special way of opening the sphere, putting in the compound, and then sealing it again?

Hi
I assume you already have a torch for sealing ampoules.
Heating at the top of the sphere with a small flame will make a hole with a little expansion of internal air.
Be ready to use a graphite or molybdenum rod to give form to that hole in order to have the entrance to the ampoule.
Sealing could be a bit harder, depending of the finishing.
After several trials, you will see the light!
