hELLO gUYS,
I am trying to find NCO content of my product. What I see from procedure that they want me to prepare 50mL buthylamine in toluene and titrate with
0.12 N HCL in IPA.
MY QUESTION IS: how to prepare those 2?

What is NCO? What is HCL? Please use actual chemistry abbreviations. Also, be more descriptive with your question if you seek answers.

NCO = Non Comissioned Officer.
HCL = Highly Contaminated Liquorice.
Everyone knows that.
