I was watching some industrial chemical accidents on Youtube, when I found a particularly informative channel called USCSB.

I am not affiliated with the channel or USCSB in any way, I just wanted to share this interesting resource with the SM community.

Dangerously Close: Explosion in West, Texas

Very detailed and informative report regarding the ammonium nitrate fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas.

Well you know they don't like government regulation in Texas. Why no one was aware of the dangers of ammonium nitrate is hard to fathom, since historically it's produced one disaster after another, including the Texas City explosion in 1947.

Texas just doesnt like regulation of businesses. Outlawing glass coffee pots and dildoes is fair game.
