I’m purchasing an un-regulated supplement from an online source. Piracetam (2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide) The seller provides a report of authenticity with a spectral analysis report.

Can anyone tell me what any of this information means? Are there additives?

The two broad signals around 6 are the amide protons.

Why from a theoretical standpoint they are not a single peak I don't know.

I'm not sure this is good evidence that what you'd receive is going to be safe to ingest.
