Xenon Difluoride

Anybody know where I can get Xenon Difluoride for cheap? Or just Xenon? I know there's Xenon bulbs in hardware stores but i doubt theres enough in them for the difluoride synthesis. It's extremely expensive and rare as far as I know.

I'd really like to use them to make thermopile bridge MEMS for a CMOS array, to make FLIR thermal imaging cameras. I read somewhere that purging the area with xenon difluoride diminishes the layer underneath the thermopile bridge, making it an actual bridge structure. I believe all the other lithographic chems are available on ebay.
