If a Ti plate be etched and then hydrated to make a TiH2 surface, will TiH2 surface become Ti oxide after a long time siting around ? ( like Ti metal
does?). Also if TiH2 is so much resistant to oxidation, can a TiH2 surface be used as anode to make chlorates or perchlorates ?
