Non chemist seeks help for reducing a problem

silverforgestudio - 21-4-2015 at 07:14

I have been a reader on the SM forum for clarification of items I did not understand in my other pass times... and thank ALL the posters for their input!

Now I have come into a bit of a problem I am unfamiliar with and would like to get a bit of a hand addressing.

Problem is- I don't know WHAT is the proper forum to place the issue- it is the result of an electro-etching problem so Techno was my first thought...

However it is the precipitates I am dealing with so possibly General Chemistry?

Before I go posting in the wrong forum I figured I would seek help.

Want to reduce a problem? Use sodium borohydride!

But actually, I think Technochemistry would be best.

Just as you said, you could justify posting in either which means that it would be fine to post in either. I don't think that most people even look at the section a thread is placed in, at least I just look at the new posts every day.

Just look at the posting guidelines, be sure to give pertinent background/links to your references and accurate description of any operations you tried- And post your question.
