I have some graphite plates 7"x1"x38" impregnated with linseed oil is there any one out there who needs these plates?

Need or want? :)

Those plates are not small, so shipping might cost quite a bit. Are you in North America?

I am in California, what state are you in?

If you could somehow cut them up so they were smaller, I'd be interested :)

Of course, you could always just ship them in their large size...

That size would be awesome for a 5 gallon pail (or taller!) chlorate cell. Keep it going for months on end, it's so thick.

Tim I can pickup one of these plates for about $20.00. I as well have 4" dia x 36" in lenght Graphite Electrodes.

Oh, those bars would be *sweet* for a one-ton steel melting furnace. Anybody got a three phase 400A service?...Anyone? :D

I'm not interested in the plate, I already have graphite for electrolysis. I was making an observation.

What city do you live in? I also live in California and I'd like to be able to pick up a graphite slab.
