Need help hunting down a food (chemistry use)

Hello...

I am trying to locate a source of Canavalia ensiformis or Jack bean meal. It contains an important enzyme called Urease which I wish to isolate. I plan on making ammonia/CO2 gas.

Now I haven't had to much luck locating an internet source*. I was wondering if this is the type of food I should go to a fertilizer or natural foods store to find it/request order for it? Articles mentioning general information about the plant said that immature seeds were used for human consumption and mature seeds were used for animal consumption...

COnsumption usage seen here... http://www.fao.org/ag/AGP/AGPC/doc/GBASE/DATA/PF000012.HTM

Edit: *Internet source seem to be uneconmical... I found the enzyme on some science stores however the price vs amount was lousy.

Are you sure the nearby greengrocer doesn't carry any? If not, health food stores might be the ticket.
