I prepared my PbO2 and it was pure, I need to make an anode from it by paste it with a suitable binder (Polyster or Epoxy) or make a composition with
polyster resin.
I made a mould of it, I faced a problem in its high resistant after moulding (around 150-450ohm) and this cause high temperature in my Chlorate cell.
I read that binder must be around (15-17%) but I tried and it did not sucsess.
