There is book on the SM library site "A Textbook of Inorganic Chemistry" the volume on organo P, Sb and Bi compounds.
You might also be able to prepare it by adding a dilute grignards reagent to a dilute solution PCl3 in ether. The reverse addition or more conc
solutions will probably give the polymethyl substituted derivatives (The trimethylation is described in the same book by this means).
