I have been having fits with activated charcoal. I have Whatman's 41 and Whatman's 4 filters. These are allowing a little carbon through. What paper
is recommended for removing activated C?

Add a shallow bed of diatomaceous earth when filtering and you should be able to use the papers you already have.
