Just another FTP, mainly in response to the increasing pressure on content hosters. Safety in numbers.
It's not intended to be well managed, it's really just a community backup I guess. I cannot commit the time required to be anything other
than an occasional lurker. However I have some resources that might be useful in keeping the info afloat. Maybe for that "day" when I can
devote serious time to it

BW: 6/6 Mbit. (shared service, 50kB/s userlimit)
Material: Whatever is relevant. See axehandle's criteria.
Ratios: None
Uploads: into /#incoming#, which is list only. Upon checking it will go into /pub/unsorted.
Downloads: /pub - 1 connection per user please. hammers will be banned.
Logging: What logging?
Ownership: Box is personal property, colo at regional ISP, and is pretty anonymous (hence no A record)
