It's an electrolysis apparatus, you can find all kinds of stores online that sell them. Just look for science suppliers and search for electrolysis apparatus.

The sciency name for this is Hofmann voltameter or Hoffmann apparatus named after the inventor August Wilhelm von Hofmann.

Just wanted to see what kinds of thing avagadro must have had to work with to come up wih his ideas fascinating how those guys 200 years ago could come up with the theorys of science that we take for granted tody. im going to try and buy me on
