Hello SM,
I am doing some kind of test or idk how to name it, but that's not important.
I need to know all tripeptides consisting of L-ala and L-ser only, but I can't find them on google.
Thank you

???
Call one "A" and the other "S" and list all combinations and permutations...
A-A-A
A-A-S
A-S-A
etc.
Or am I missing something in the question?

Remember also that peptides have a "front" and a "back", so A-A-S is not the same peptide as S-A-A.
