I use chemspider frequently to predict the properties of organic molecules. But I have a problem in understanding the terms ACD/BCF and ACD/KOC.
What does these values predict? Are there practical applications? I know that ACD/ChemSketch is molecular drawing software. But I didn't find
information that makes any sense on this site.
