Help how can i know how to conect this heating mantle to power, there is 3wire alll conected to nichrome (see circuit in picture), mantle is 220V and 300W?

It's probably neutral, hot, and ground. You can probably figure out which one is ground by checking for connectivity from the chassis to the peg. Once you have that just run power to the others.

At least in the US, 220V is usually two hots and a ground.

It is either designed to allow the two hots to the left posts and the neutral/ground to the right post for 220 V, or for 110 V the same hot could be connected to the two lefts and the middle grounded to create a 110 V, 600 watt unit. I would suggest putting a variac before the mantle anyway, that way you can test it at lower voltages to make sure that you don't overheat it anyway.

You mean variac with ampermeter, then i can check amps and voltage and get w?

wire is broken, i will put new nichrome wire there maybe 500w.
