Sodium Hypochlorite?

100% NaOCl is to unstable to exist in normal conditions. It would be a solid.
Google bleach shelf life....

I really don't mean this in a discouraging way, but from what I can see you have illustrated a lack of rudimentary chemistry knowledge and when you talk about trying to synthesize hydrazine it is frankly a little scary. Without a deeper understanding of the chemistry behind that reaction (and anything you do with the hydrazine if you succeed) you can not be prepared to deal with things going wrong, or equipped to take safety precautions with a chemical that can be very hazardous and deadly in small quantities if misused. Please be careful. I did a lot of dumb chemistry I didn't understand when I was younger, and I managed to come away unscathed. A splash of H2SO4 did come a half inch away from taking one of my eyes once, but that was as close as it got. You're playing the odds here, and I'm just begging you to at least get a better handle on them before you rush into something that may have much worse odds than you realize. One of my very good friends and the most knowledgeable amateur chemist I knew at the time came extremely close to dying because of a minor mistake. Luckily he survived and just came away with only ruptured eardrums, fractured hand bones, and a chest full a glass shrapnel (which is still occasionally works its way out through his skin.) Your safety is entirely up to you, but every time someone screws up and hurts/kills themselves with amateur chemistry it brings the demise of the entire field a step closer.

A quick Web search, even Wikipedia, would have answered those, reading any inorganic chem that is out of copyright (thus freely downloadable) would have done so for the properties questions.

In short, a YouTube video is not a substitute for having a grounding in basic knowledge, which need not cost money to obtain and may prevent you from harming yourself. You;ll find more support if it appears that you've attempting solving a problem first through your own efforts, before asking others.

To partially answer the OCl<sup>-</sup> => Cl<sup>-</sup> + ClO3<sup>-</sup>, that's pretty much a one-way reaction

Didn't say your were dumb; there's a difference between lacking information and being dumb.

However digging stuff up on your own is a sign of intelligence and curiosity, asking others to help clarify what you found is another sign of intelligence. Not taking the 1st step before the 2nd signals impatience and/or laziness, neither is good when working in hazardous fields (and even somewhat dilute N2H4 is hazardous).

Definitely has nothing to do with being dumb. That 5 in AP chem is exactly the kind of thing that makes you (and made me) overconfident though. Once you've done much chemistry in the real world, you will realize that AP chemistry was a joke.

A 5 on an AP chemistry test doesn't mean you can do anything in the lab however. It just means you have a basic understanding of how things work. I got a 4 and all it was equivalent to both in theory and in practice was the first semester of chemistry 101 in college.
