I know that Ca(H2PO4)2 is used as pH control reagent. How can I test it?

Test it for what? pH?

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dissolves to pH of about 4.2 - 4.6. The calcium salt should be similar.

This source (http://www.emfema.org/minerals/monocalcium%20phosphate.htm) states the pH.
