Best bet would be eBay. You can get DMAE powder for skin creams, just add NaOH and distill the freebase.
As for benzhydryl bromide you might be able to get some benzophenone and reduce that, HBr, etc. The Korean seller on eBay is really good. They might
have it.
I bought some "benzophenone" from a soap company but it turned out to be benzophenone-8, another UV absorbing agent
