terpene alcohols synthesis

Could someone recommend me a good procedure for a normal scale synthesis of geraniol or linalool? I have googled something, but I'm not very sure, because it seems to me like it's for commercial scale synthesis.. Is it even possible?

How very odd. When I Google synthesis of geraniol I get over 8,000 hits. I suppose it's easier to ask someone else than to go through all those references yourself.

I think citral can be reduced to geraniol.
