I was wondering if you could synthesize a organic peroxide from the oxidation of a organic oxide?

I believe someone hinted at trying sodium percarbonate in the <a href="http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=20&page=11">
M.E.K.P. thread</a>.

By "organic oxide" do you mean carbonyl compounds? Typically, reaction of these with oxidizers yields carboxylic acids or esters.
