Gday, im attempting manganese triacetate synthesis, starting with manganese dioxide and glacial acetic acid; and then manganese acetate with glacial
acetic acid. Cant find anything on net...Any tips. cheers

I have never made this compound but I seem to remember seeing a preparation that oxidise manganese acetate with KMnO4 in acetic acid and anhydride. I
don't think MnO2 will dissolve in even glacial acetic acid.
