I made some KCl from diet salt by saturating and crystallizing. I was wondering if there were any interesting reactions to use it for, like
displacements, etc?
KNO3 possibly from Ca(NO3)2? KNO3 has very high solubility when hot but very low when cold while CaCl2 is very soluble.
Could it be used to make potassium carbonate via any route?

KClO3 from NaClO3
KClO3 or KClO4 from KCl via electrolysis
K2SO4 from H2SO4, you would need to boil off the HCl that would also be produced.
