I don't have access to H2SO4 in my area, I do, however, have access to a lot of Sodium Bisulfate, which i know is used as a H2SO4 substitute at times.
For nitrations, would it work if I replaced H2SO4 with bisulfate?

In short, No.
If you want to find out why do some research into the two jobs conc H2SO4 does in a nitration reaction.
