I was planning to make manganese(II)-sulfate from manganese(II)-chloride, but since it produces HCl and I am on a very tight budget right now, I was
wondering if there was a way to easily scrub it with some household stuff?

By scrub it do u mean dry the HCL to use for bubbling thru something else or do you mean bubble the HCL fumes into something to neutralise it to stop
it from escaping and filling the room?
The answer to both is aquarium tubing and spaghetti sauce jars with holes drilled in the lids
