Which laboratory equipment can separate compounds which with similar structure and difficult to analyze by alkyl phase

What do you mean by alkyl phase? Are u doing an A/B extraction and you mean alkaline non polar extraction? Or do u mean something else?

If the compounds you want to analyze is liquid, I suggest choosing HPLC columns, I don't know too much about laboratory equipment, but you say the compound has a similar structure. and that should be HPLC. You can google C8-Fluorine HPLC Columns for more info. Okay, you can simply find this: https://www.hawach.com/products/c8-fluorine-hplc-columns/

Alkyl phase here is a matrix, as a filler into some laboratory equipment.

you couldn't be more generic...
explain yourself what you are trying to do, with what substrate, using what equipment, with what technique, until then, you gave 0 information, so nobody is able to help you
