You can order at the Polish company onyxmet.com. That company has red phosphorus at decent prices.
Another one is the German company S3-chemicals. They also sell red phosphorus, prices are similar to the prices at the polish company.
Both are in the EU. Onyxmet has the added advantage that the company also has many other interesting and rare chemicals and elements. What S3 has to
offer is more mainstream. Both companies complement each other nicely.

Yes, red phosphorus is 100% allowed in the UK.
Also, in countries where it is controlled (USA basically) it's because it's used in some illegal drug syntheses, not because of anything terror
related.

Shipping costs from Onyxmet are not that high when you have a small/light order. Shipping prices from Limac are quite high, regardless of the size of
the order. Maybe things are different for shipping to the UK though.
