is it possible to convert potassium hydroxide to the carbonate?

React it with CO2.

Easiest way is to make a solution of KOH in water and just let it evaporate to dryness in contact with air. What remains is a crust of potassium
carbonate. Final humidity can be expelled by heating the solid material in an oven at 150 C or so.
