Is there a way to easily convert the entire forum/site from German to English? I try to view that site ever now and then, but it gets to be pretty
difficult to constantly have some online translator, such as Google, do the work.
There are other sites such as that which I would also really like to be able to read, but I haven't found a decent way to go about it. Sorry, I guess
this is pretty off topic, but I figure if we are able to read useful sites in other languages, it will be just as good as listing any other decent
website.

I don't know a better way to read versuchchemie.de other than with Google translator, unfortunately, as it is very good. (Happily, German to English
translates pretty well automatically, at least I can usually understand some of it! With other languages, the automatic translation is often
completely incomprehensible.)
Chemical Forums is sadly too much taken up by people who just want answers to their homework questions. However, the radiochemistry section is often
very interesting, the guy who runs it works with that, so the posters there often are really knowledgeable, and are saying something interesting.

If you start the translation from the start of the forum everything after will be translated to english. I do it all the time and it is an awsome
site.

Seriously? That hasn't work for me..
I will try it again I guess... maybe it does work.
Sedit, what is it you use to translate the page? Google doesn't work for me in IE or FF. It only does the original page.

@KClO4
I noticed the same thing.
Just browse through the website for example the synthesis section , than dump the "http//..." into the translator.

It works for me under certain conditions. I can paste the page url http://www.versuchschemie.de/pforum,37,0,50.html into translate.google.com and translate that page. Then when I click on the links in the
translated page, the pages I am taken to are already translated.
It doesn't work for me when I start at the main page, but only on the subpages.

It can translate and entire subforums pretty well. It depends, like you said, on where you start the translation and it will follow after that.
