Does the yellow tint to technical grade H2SO4 from OTC brand names affect most rxns?
Mine is slightly yellow and I'm wondering if it'd have a negative effect on the majority of reactions?

There is a recent threed discussing this poison and tells of ways to boil with H2O2 to remove the color and concentrate your acid at the same time.
Works wounders UTSE you'll find it.
