Carrot Callus Idea

OK so at my school I have a array of carrot callus plates growing. Now I was wondering, if I was to take one of these cultures and place it into liquid media, allow it to grow for a bit.

Then once it has gone for some time, pull some media into a sterile syringe and inject it into any plant that is not a carrot. What would happen? Clearly there would be a immune response by the plant, but would it be effective? And would the callus have a chance to differentiate?

Just one of those thoughts that came floating out of my brain, gime some feedback good or bad. ;)
