MnO2 anode

Hi guys, couldnt find a sutable thread so opened a new one.
anyone tried to make a MnO2 anode? Any information available on it?

I was told that it errodes more then PbO2 in a perchlorate cell. Can it make NaCl -> NaClO3 -> NaClO4 directly? or itll erode away as soon as NaCl concentration drops?

any information will be very appreciated.

you`re better off starting with pure NaClO3 in the beginning, as any traces of Chloride and ClO4 will not form, and totally shred your anode.
