Recovering Gold From Used Filter Papers - VIDEO

My title says platinum, but there was so little of it that I just added it to my stock pot.

Also, this was my first time processing this type of material so I didn't know what to expect.

Thank you!

Your videos (plus others and members here) have been my inspiration to recover gold, for 'fun'/learning only, not at all at your scale,
You got 4x more gold from your 'waste' filter papers than I have recovered in total :P

not interesting for a video but
because of the tiny amounts, rather than filtering most stages just need patience, weeks of it, but much less 'waste'.

P.S. judging by the number of containers I guess you already use time to separate out solids ... d'oh

Even with the tiny ammounts of gold that I have experimented with, I can see the attraction of this element, useful but
I especially like the look of (presumed) almost pure gold in solution, a wonderful yellow, gold lust inducing.
