Accelrys!!! Insight II
Insight II
Insight II is a sophisticated molecular modeling environment that provides a powerful graphical interface to best-of-breed algorithms for molecular
dynamics, homology modeling, de novo design, and electrostatics—making it the perfect solution for protein modelers, computational chemists, and
structural biologists.

PLZ I know that the linux version was leaked on the emule few years ago but now it is obsolete to have all parts complete
If someone has luck to downlaod it plz upload it to any server
this will be great for chemistry communities

I'm curious -- is there anything special you want Insight II for as opposed to another package or group of tools? I use the Irix version at work
sometimes and it is a pain to use for modeling, and for computation or simulation there are many good programs that are already free.
More affordable/accessible modeling and visualization programs:
Hyperchem lite (inexpensive, Windows, OS X?)
Pymol (free for personal use, Windows/Linux/OS X)
Schrodinger Maestro (free, requires registration with educational email address, Linux)
VMD (free, requires registration, Windows and many Unix-like systems)
Ghemical (free, interfaces with MOPAC 7 and MPQC, Linux/Windows/other Unix-like systems)
Affordable molecular dynamics simulation:
Gromacs (free, most Unix-like systems including OS X and Cygwin)
NAMD (free, highly scalable, most Unix-like systems)
Tinker (free, includes graphical modeling component, Linux/Windows/OS X)
Affordable electronic structure calculations:
MOPAC7 (free, semiempirical methods, Linux and Unix-types, can be difficult to compile)
MPQC (free, highly scalable, Hartree-Fock, DFT, and Møller-Plesset perturbation theory, Linux and Unix-types)
GAMESS-US (free, requires registration, many Hartree-Fock, DFT, and post-Hartree Fock capabilities, Linux and Unix-types)
PC GAMESS (similar to GAMESS-US, somewhat different capabilities, optimized for speed)
ABINIT (free, DFT, Linux and Unix-types)
Commercial all-in-one programs may make it easier to get results, since they can be treated more as "black boxes," but they won't make it easier to
get correct results.
