ST caps are the female version of tapered stoppers. Lately I've broken two of them leaving me one. I can't find them anywhere. Maybe I don't know what they're called. Before I call Ace or Kontes I thought I'd ask here.

I've seen them called sleeves but I think they are sold as flasks for microscale. It looks like you are right on for the name though, see Cat# 7795 and Aldrich has the same thing (Mat# Z100625 ) although the sizes are more limited.
