Recommendations for electrochemistry texts

I need to deepen my theoretical knowledge a bit. Amazon is loaded with textbooks on electrochemistry, and all of them are pretty darned expensive.

I'm looking for recommendations on a good, modern, textbook on electrochemistry that combines both theory and some experimental setups/descriptions. Thanks!;)
