Vapor - Liquid Equilibrium
Hi
I have just done the experiment about Vapor - Liquid Equilibrium
the chemicals I use: Iso-propanol and Acetone
I measure Degrees Brix of Vapor Phase of mixture Iso-propanol - Acetone
Distilling mixture to get 3-5 drops for measuring Degrees Brix
And the question is why don't we get more 5 drops, will it cause wrong result ? Explain ?
Thanks
