The waterproof HI98127 pHep® 4 and HI98128 pHep® 5 pH testers have a dual-level LCD that displays pH and °C or °F. At startup, pHep® performs a
self check then displays the remaining battery level to assure proper working condition. These testers also feature a stability indicator and hold
feature to prompt the user when to take the reading & freeze the display for easy and accurate recording. These pH/Temperature meters have a
stainless steel temperature probe for faster and more precise temperature measurement and auto-compensation. 1 or 2 point calibration is made simple
with automatic recognition of both standard and NIST buffer sets. We have designed the new pHep® pH electrodes with an extendable reference junction
and when the electrode finally is exhausted simply insert a new electrode cartridge!
HI98127 (pHep®4) is supplied complete with protective cap, electrode removal tool, batteries and instructions. HI 98128 (pHep®5) is supplied
complete with protective cap, electrode removal tool, batteries and instructions.

Also ph meters at least for hydroponic use need to stay wet, how do you plan to ship it? With the tip in a water filled container?

Mhhh. The pH range if I recall goes from zero to 14...
Anyway, there are plenty of places in Hong Kong where you get something similar for about 12 bucks.

Extremes of pH
pH is normally measured in a range of 0–14. However, due to the way pH is calculated, it's possible to have negative pH and pH above 14.[35]
However, it should be noted that reported values outside the range 0–14 are somewhat controversial as measuring pH beyond this range becomes
difficult.
Runoff from mines or mine tailings can produce some of the most acidic pHs ever reported; with negative pHs measured and reported in the literature as
low as pH −3.6
